Oh Pip I can't express just how happy I am to see you back in this space.

Only yesterday I was reading an insta post of yours and thinking how cheery and uplifting you and what a blessing it must be to have you as a friend. And now today you've done it again, reminded me to always look for the joy and awe and goodness no matter what else is going on, because it's always there if only I remember to look.

Thank you

Cheers Kate.

Oh my Gosh, thank you so much Pip, I’m a bit like Kate, so happy to ‘hear’ from you again🌻reading your posts is so refreshing, not to mention motivating, but remember to do it at your own pace🙏🏻Now to find someone to kick me in the bum!

Thank you

Yes! Welcome back Pip. Thanks for giving us a peep at "Rosehaven". Do you think you'll eventually visit the craft group? Joining a group can be daunting I think. 🙃

In December I took heed of your thoughts on the benefits of walking and have started doing the same. I'm so happy to read your latest update. It's like hearing from an old friend. 💟

Spinners are the best - there's something companionable about sitting in a circle spinning :-).

But be prepared - they are unlikely to take no for an answer; someone will probably lend you a wheel (second hand ones are remarkably cheap, but take someone knowledgeable so you know it will spin well), and it's truly soothing and addictive. It's generally cheaper than buying yarn, and bright coloured roving is like lollies that aren't fattening. Spinning groups often have weekend getaways (which are excellent value), although here in Victoria they've been cancelled for the last two years, for obvious reasons.

Have fun!

Hurrah! I do love these posts! In England when you go into the Indian store to get some spices and whatnot they call okra ‘lady finger’! I am very fond of okra. I haven’t ever experienced a slimy one xxxx
