Hello! It’s a wet old morning here in Melbourne, so rather than walking I am sitting at my kitchen table with sleeping pup at my feet. The telly is on quietly recounting yesterday’s news and I can hear the tippy-tapping of rain on the roof. I need to put some socks on. I woke up and slid into Birkenstocks just before 6am and now my toes are freezing.
Thanks Pip. I read your email this morning as I was trying to clean my kitchen ( a never ending task it seems) and decided to make these. I didn't have enough parmesan so just used extra Cheddar and added a sad looking zucchini and some ham. My son loved it and had 3.
Ohhhh so now I know why the muffins seemed so familiar! (Thanks again for including them - for me sort-of - the other day on the other blog pop-up!) I used to subscribe to this last year and definitely got this far, unless it was replicated on Meet me at Mike’s which I’ve read for years and years…. Do you remember me tweeting from Liberty of London to say they had your craft books on display? That’s a lonnnng time ago.
